Cleaning Process
Written by Fred RemmersPre-Treatment
Each and every rug received in our factory goes through a thorough preliminary inspection to determine the condition of the rug. Based on the results of this inspection we decide which specific special treatments each rug needs prior to wash, and which wash process is appropriate for each rug. Our inspection will search for the following items:
Condition | Special Treatment |
Wear and Tear | Supporting Weak Area |
Color Fussing/Instability | Stabilizing the color |
Urine Stain | Enzyme Treatment |
Discoloration | Color Restoration |
Color bleed | Color Bleeding Removal |
Stain | Stain Treatment |
DUSTING
Dusting is the second stage in our process.70% of cleaning a rug involves removing dust. With our state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to remove 100% of the dust from the rug. As a result, the pile of the rug becomes open and fresh.
RUG CLEANING
We wash the rugs on both sides with special shampoos, which we provide. After that we rinse the rug to remove all the detergent residues off the rug.
LUSTER WASH
This special wash will allow your carpet to become brighter and shinier.

SOAKING Soaking is one of the most important processes a rug can undergo. By soaking the rug, we can remove dirt, Pet stains, and liquid stains. We soak the rug overnight and with this process we are able to remove all the odor from the rug. We then wash the rug and it becomes 100% clean.
BRUSHING
Brushing the nap with special grooming tools. This process is done after washing and rinsing the rug.
DRYING
Drying the rugs in our climate controlled drying room. Drying time is approximately 6 hours.
FINAL INSPECTION
